Kia ora! I’m Dr Bex, a mindset and behaviour coach. I help people do great things by fuelling themselves with self-awareness, self compassion and self worth.
I’m often asked: What does a coaching journey with me look like? What steps are involved? So let me explain the 4 steps we take together… Step 1: Chat & Outline
We meet for a free 20 minute online chat to meet each other and get a sense of what I'm like and the support I offer. During our chat I ask you:
where you are now, versus where you'd like to be
what your coaching goals are
the number of sessions you can make time for
how often you want to meet
Then I share how we can work together to close the gap between where you are and want to be. At the end of our chat, we outline an online coaching plan to meet your specific needs.
Step 2: Plan & Book-in
After our chat, I send you an email with a detailed version of our plan. If you’re ready to dive in, you book your first session. FYI: Most coaching sessions are online, but if you live in the Blenheim region like me, we can meet in person at my office.
Step 3: Reflections & Objectives
Before each session, we set that session’s objective. Beforehand, I may send pre-session reflections - questions or topics to ponder to warm you up for your session. Before we finish our session, we double-check to make sure we've met the intentions we set out to achieve together.
Step 4: Follow-up & Actions
After each session, I send you a follow-up email with a summary of what we discussed, and your personalised action plan outlining next steps, new habits, as well as helpful resources to help you between sessions to embed everything we talked about.

Our online coaching journey begins with a free chat to set goals. We then work out a detailed coaching plan. You book regular sessions with clear objectives, reflections, and receive follow-ups to support your progress.
